I left a review detailing how they left me with a big leak in the cupboard in which my boiler was installed. Due to gas works being carried out on our street the gas was turned off and had to be officially switched on by one of the workmen who did checks to make sure that everything was up to standard first. To my surprise they refused to turn my boiler back on and said we had to get a corgi registered gas fitter to check the boiler. It was just coming up due for it's first service since installation. So we got someone out to service it and were shocked to find that we had been living with a leak since the boiler had been installed !!!!! We've all been ill with nausea and stomach cramps, headaches and general lethargy which I know know can be symptoms of long term exposure to gas. For gods sake if you have these cowboys fit something for you don't assume they've done a good job, and insist on the check over that's supposed to happen after they've finished, and insist it's actually checked for leaks etc properly not just a visual check, a nod and a check box. These f*****s could have killed us!

Initially I thought they did a decent job, they were fairly fast and didn't bother me and the heating worked, even if they did take my old copper boiler without asking. However when I used my now big cupboard without the old copper to store my hoover I was surprised to find it ruined and sloshing with water. I thought it was something I'd done and thought no more about it. Forward a few months and I realise that where they fitted the 'vent chimney thing' is leaking like a bitch. My cupboard is soaking and the boiler is covered in splashes. I couldn't get in touch with them in time for the one year thing as both my parents became terminally ill and died within 13 days of each other so I was busy, and knocked for 6. I will be trying to get some sense from them now and hope they will do the right thing.

The initial installation was Good and all areas kept nice and clean and finished a full installation nice and quickly. However after service is non existant. First time trying to use the heating I found that I have 2 out of 9 radiators wont heat up, telephoned company and got to to receptionist only, and was toldby her, our company dont come out to bleed the radiators and you will have to do this your self, told the woman I have no key and she told me that was my problem, I told her I will report to british gas as that is who gave wil mor wil the contract, she said that wasnt her problem. I have now contacted British Gas awaiting their reply. I am very disapointed with the service from Wil Mor Wil dreading the 2yr warranty service to come that they say I have on my full central heating installation.

Just had a service visit by another firms and they said installation is terrible . This was after a visit by Wil Mor Wil to check a fault when fella really couldnt be arsed. Said he'd get someone to call us, nothing heard for 3 weeks. Avoid
